Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from the Orvlyn store and to use of digital products supplied by Orvlyn. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to these terms and to Tebex’s terms for checkout.
1. What is sold
Orvlyn sells digital products and related work. That can include FiveM assets, design files, tools, and other digital downloads or licenses described on the product page at the time of purchase.
Product pages describe what is included. If something is unclear, ask before you buy via the contact options below.
2. Purchases and refunds
All digital purchases are final. No refunds.
Because products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are not offered once a purchase is completed and access or files have been provided.
If a product is clearly faulty or does not match what was described, contact support with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Support will look at genuine product faults in good faith. That does not mean a refund is guaranteed.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in loss of access to products.
3. License and use
- You receive a license to use the purchased product as described on the product page
- You may not redistribute, resell, share, or leak product files to others
- You may not claim purchased work as your own original product for sale
- Modification for your own use is allowed unless a product page says otherwise
Breaking these license terms can result in the license being revoked without refund.
4. FiveM specific terms
Where a product is made for FiveM / GTA V:
- It is intended for that environment unless the product page says otherwise
- Compatibility with every framework, mod, MLO, YMAP, or server setup is not guaranteed
- Conflicts with other resources are possible and not automatically treated as a product fault
- CFX escrow, Keymaster, and asset transfer rules are controlled by CFX. Follow their process for transfers. Asset transfers are limited and may be irreversible
- Use the same FiveM account flow required by Tebex / Keymaster when purchasing locked assets
5. Custom work
Custom design, development, or commissioned work may have separate scope, delivery, and payment terms agreed before work starts. Those terms sit alongside these store terms for any related downloads or files.
6. Liability
Products are provided as is. Orvlyn is not liable for damage to hardware, software, servers, or data arising from use of the products, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Payment processing
Store payments are processed by Tebex. By purchasing, you also agree to Tebex’s terms and conditions for checkout and payment.
8. Support
For product support, include your order information and a clear description of the problem. Support is provided on a reasonable effort basis for legitimate product issues.

These terms may change over time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the revised terms for future purchases.
